Family Session at Melton Peter Demetre Park

We are a beach loving family! Moving to Charleston was great because we all love exploring the beaches. My son especially loves collecting shells and other treasures he can find on the beach. When I had a family request greenery, a pier, and a beach I was on the hunt for a new place to explore. We found Melton Peter Demetre Park, formally Sunrise Park. This is a small park, but it has everything you need. The best part of this park, was that my son collected a lot of big shells and found two shark teeth (which for him is the lottery)!
This family was so fun to work with. The littlest little was so enamored with the beach it reminded me of my little ones.
Who doesn't love to get their feet in the sand and feel the sun!
These are my favorite kind of shots to capture. Just kids and their parents enjoying each other. Such a simple picture but these are always my favorite as a mom!
This is exactly what my littles look like after the beach :)
It was so fun to work with this family and this is definitely a spot I will be returning too!
